Billing and Insurance

Annie is accepting private pay at this time while she becomes credentialed with insurance providers in her new practice.

Private pay appointments are quicker and easier to schedule because waiting for approval from your insurance is not required. Private pay may also be preferred if you have a high deductible insurance plan. You may be able to submit the receipt to your insurance provider for reimbursement (contact your insurance provider).

I will provide a “super bill” for services, which you can submit to your insurance company for “out-of network” coverage.

Note: If you are paying privately for service, you are entitled to a good-faith estimate for charges prior to service as covered by the No Surprises Act.
